Shimano XTR M9220 Enduro Wheel Description:

The Shimano XTR M9220 Enduro Wheel is a rugged and easily serviceable wheel that will stand up to the rigors of aggressive enduro riding/racing. On the outside, a wide width tubeless ready carbon fiber rim with a shallow depth asymmetrical profile will provide excellent sidewall protection and support for modern high volume tires, and this rim design also evens out the spoke tension for a wheel that will stay truer for longer. In the middle, thru axle hubs roll on adjustable and serviceable sealed cartridge bearings, and the rear freehub rapidly engages for efficient acceleration away from the starting line and up hills. Connecting everything together are j-bend style, butted stainless steel spokes that are easy to find replacements for should a spoke get damaged, and those spokes will reduce rotating weight and help to smooth out the ride so a rider will have more energy to finish the ride strong. Put everything together and the result is a comfortable and rugged wheel that will inspire the confidence to rip around trails faster than ever before.
